National
Safety Council - a membership organization with
resources on safety, health and environmental topics, training,
products, publications and news. This organization covers all
kinds of safety issues, not just the
safety provided by home security systems.
National
Transportation Safety Board - an independent Federal
agency charged by Congress with investigating every civil
aviation accident in the United States and significant accidents
in the other modes of transportation -- railroad, highway,
marine and pipeline -- and issuing safety recommendations aimed
at preventing future accidents.
